INTRODU\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O<strong> sistema de prote\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3dica galv\u00e2nica<\/strong> utiliza a for\u00e7a eletromotriz gerada pela diferen\u00e7a de potencial entre materiais diferentes. Por isso, estes sistemas s\u00e3o indicados para estruturas de pequeno porte, com revestimento de boa qualidade, e instaladas em eletr\u00f3litos de baixa resistividade, de no m\u00e1ximo 6.000 ohm.cm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. PRINCIPAIS APLICA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dutos enterrados;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Dutos submarinos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Internamente em dutos de \u00e1gua doce, salgada e petr\u00f3leo bruto;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Plataformas mar\u00edtimas fixas;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Navios e embarca\u00e7\u00f5es;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Interior de tanques de armazenamento de petr\u00f3leo bruto com lastro de \u00e1gua salgada.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3. VANTAGENS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">N\u00e3o requer alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o el\u00e9trica no local de instala\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Custos m\u00ednimos de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Problemas relacionados a interfer\u00eancias com outras estruturas met\u00e1licas s\u00e3o raros de ocorrer;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">N\u00e3o oferece risco de superprote\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Custo baixo de instala\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>4. LIMITA\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Baixa corrente fornecida ao sistema pela pequena diferen\u00e7a de potencial entre anodos e estrutura a proteger;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Efici\u00eancia da prote\u00e7\u00e3o limitada \u00e0 resistividade el\u00e9trica do solo, que n\u00e3o dever\u00e1 ser maior que 6.000 ohm.cm;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Efetiva prote\u00e7\u00e3o limitada a revestimento com boa efici\u00eancia;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">A estrutura a ser protegida n\u00e3o pode sofrer interfer\u00eancia por corrente de fuga.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5. ANODOS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>O anodo galv\u00e2nico ou de sacrif\u00edcio \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo de um metal com potenciais negativos em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 estrutura e, quando interligado \u00e0 estrutura a proteger, adquire comportamento an\u00f3dico, liberando a corrente de prote\u00e7\u00e3o. O nome \u201canodo de sacrif\u00edcio\u201d se d\u00e1 pelo seu desgaste no processo de prote\u00e7\u00e3o. Os anodos mais utilizados s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Anodos de liga de alum\u00ednio: utilizados em \u00e1gua salgada, n\u00e3o s\u00e3o utilizados no solo. Fabricados conforme Norma ABNT NBR 10387;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Anodos de liga de zinco: utilizados em \u00e1gua salgada e em solos com resistividade de at\u00e9 1.500 ohm.cm. Fabricados conforme Norma ABNT NBR 9358;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Anodos de liga de magn\u00e9sio: utilizados no solo em resistividades de at\u00e9 6.000 ohm.cm. N\u00e3o \u00e9 recomend\u00e1vel seu uso em \u00e1gua salgada devido ao seu alto potencial provocar o desgaste prematuro do mesmo. Fabricados conforme Norma ABNT NBR 16460.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Relativo aos anodos de liga de magn\u00e9sio, s\u00e3o instalados no solo com enchimento condutor composto por gesso, bentonita e sulfato de s\u00f3dio, isso para evitar a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o do anodo \u00e0s heterogeneidades do solo que podem provocar pilhas de corros\u00e3o no pr\u00f3prio anodo e tamb\u00e9m para diminuir sua resist\u00eancia de contato el\u00e9trico com o solo. O enchimento pode conter as seguintes composi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Gesso 25%+Bentonita 75% em solos baixa umidade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Gesso 50%+Bentonita 50% em condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Gesso 75%+Bentonita 20%+Sulfato de S\u00f3dio 5% em solos de resistividade mais alta.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>6. INSPE\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Norma ABNT NBR 15589-1 recomenda a execu\u00e7\u00e3o de inspe\u00e7\u00f5es peri\u00f3dicas nos sistemas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3dica. A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica se faz necess\u00e1ria para avalia\u00e7\u00e3o da efic\u00e1cia do sistema instalado ao longo do tempo e monitoramento cont\u00ednuo da prote\u00e7\u00e3o da tubula\u00e7\u00e3o, evitando que ocorra a apar\u00eancia de zonas de desprote\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A inspe\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3dica galv\u00e2nico contempla basicamente o seguinte:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dos leitos de anodos e medi\u00e7\u00f5es de corrente e do potencial anodo\/solo em cada anodo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o dos pontos de teste do sistema e medi\u00e7\u00e3o dos potenciais tubo\/solo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Inspe\u00e7\u00e3o e testes em juntas de isolamento el\u00e9trico;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Todos os dados devem ser inseridos em relat\u00f3rios de inspe\u00e7\u00e3o, cujo controle e periodicidade dever\u00e1 seguir o disposto da Norma ABNT NBR 15589-1:2016.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7.
